• For all person having DIN

• DIR 3 KYC

Time Limit

• Before 30^th April of Every year

Filing Fees

• If before due date- no fees
• If after due date- 5000 fees

Effects of non filing

• If form not filed before due date DIN shall be marked as deactivated
• And shall be activated only after Form DIN 3 KYC is filed

Attachment

• Proof of Identity Card- PAN/Passport/Aadhar Card
• Proof of Address- Passport/Aadhar Card/Voter ID/ Driving License

Signature

• Form Should be Digitally Signed By Applicant Using Class 2 DSC
• DSC should be registered with MCA
